Alli’ Starr

2021 was the year that RnB’s chart-selling artists used music as a form of therapy, some being completely “Over it” such as Summer Walker, while others were applying “Pressure” like Ari Lennox. International Recording Artist, Alli' Starr switched up the narrative for women in RnB, while keeping storytelling alive. The highly anticipated release of her EP "Situationship" dropped Spring of 2022.
 
 Starr has the presence of a veteran vocalist, carrying herself with such poise and grace. Even before a note is lifted, her voice excites delighted listeners. Allowing her fans to get a sense of the greatness that's about to unfold just by the energy she exudes when entering a room. As an artist and performer Starr understands the assignment and always manages to deliver. She masterfully belts out song after song in a diverse range of genres from R&B, Jazz, Country, Dance Music, and Rock.
 
With over 18 years of experience, Starr began singing in the church choir at the tender age of 4, instead of going into the family business doing Mortuary science Starr decided to follow her love and passion for music. At just 15 years old the East Chicago, IN native, relocated to Las Vegas, where she began to pursue her journey as a professional singer and performer. While singing in church, people would always tell her “You’re a star!” which inspired her to associate herself with who she was truly born to be, a Starr!
 
In 2015 Starr's health took a turn for the worst. She experienced a life-altering change when she was diagnosed with (SVT) Supraventricular Tachycardia, a rare condition when the heart beats faster than normal. Now battling her heart disease with a pacemaker implanted in her heart. Starr never allows her heart condition to stop her from pursuing her career as an artist. Reflecting on this time in her life, Starr says “It made me determined to be around for my twins,” Starr's children are the motivating force that keeps her thriving. One dealing with Autism which also inspired her to become an advocate for children with Autism.
 
Though based in Las Vegas, Starr has become an international viral sensation touring all over the world, opening up and singing backgrounds with various artists including Chaka Khan, Brandy, Phil Perry, Tony Terry, Bobby Womack, Olli Woodson, Johnny Gill, Tank, Ro James, Mya, Marsha Ambrosius, Lyfe Jennings, Avant and more. She has also headlined at international venues in several countries including Japan, China, Brazil, Korea, London, and was selected as a featured singer for the legendary Barbara Streisand’s backing group at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
 
Simply put she's a "Rising Star” and most definitely one to watch in 2025.
